He quoted what he actually charged (that is not the case with others), and he did the job thoroughly (cleaning from the inside vent, but also going on the roof and cleaning it from the outside in as well). He gave me tips and pointers for keeping everything in good order and was very responsive, friendly, and flexible throughout the scheduling process.
